Phil joined HSI in 1999 after several years of consulting in Arizona. Over the past five years his major focus has been the use of surface geophysical methods to locate water production wells in fractured rock aquifers of northern Arizona and southern Nevada. His notable well drilling experience includes overseeing drilling, construction, and testing of high capacity water production wells reaching depths in excess of 2,900 feet. Phil has performed drilling, aquifer testing, and subsurface hydrogeologic site characterization studies in Arizona, California, and Nevada. |
