Nancy joined HSI in 2005 with more than 18 years of hydrogeologic and hydrologic experience in Arizona, New Mexico, and California. Previously, Ms. La Mascus served as the Unit Supervisor for the State of Arizona’s Total Daily Maximum Load (TMDL) program for streams and lakes. Her experience in New Mexico includes assistance with City of Farmington’s Forty-year water plan, water rights related issues and acquisitions, and commencement of an enterprise GIS. Her experience in California includes well standards and well abandonment programs, well drilling, and relational database development and hydrogeologic investigations supporting basin-wide modeling in Orange County. |
